I tried both the red and green chilaquiles, they are both delicious! Good flavor on the salsas , the meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Eggs and beans were delicious too! Would definitely go back and try other options that they serve, very fast service too! Recommended !
The food has very traditional taste. The hot sauce is very tasty and spicy as it should be! Authentic flavor at good price. As Mexicans it has been very difficult to find decent Mexican food in this city but this place is a hidden gem!
We live next door and couldn’t wait for this place to open... safe to say it was worth the wait!! My wife ordered 3 tacos and was stuffed and I had the burrito which was great. Rice and beans were good, but the tacos and burrito were fantastic!!! The salsa verde was also really tasty! Can’t wait to head back again soon!
I had high expectations because of the high reviews for this restaurant/food truck stop, and my expectations were far exceeded! The food was super fresh with huge portions and extremely reasonable prices. There’s happy hour from 4-7:30pm ish and you can quite literally get a full meal for less than 10. The outdoor seating area is cute, quiet, and clean. The service was very friendly and quick. The food was so good I forgot to take photos. We’ll be back! Side note for the owner: you should create a Yelp page for your restaurant so reviews can be posted there, too!
The food at Choyote was simple but outstanding. The carne asada tacos were tender and packed with flavor, while the huevos rancheros delivered a perfect balance of spice and richness. The rice and beans tied everything together with classic, satisfying taste.
Ordered take out, was wonderful food! Tacos came out hot, full of flavor, and I will certainly return soon!

Decided to try a new taco truck and this place had great reviews. The service was quick and efficient. They hand you an iPad to order yourself but honestly more power to them. The food was fresh. Sometimes I feel food at taco trucks (especially rice and beans) are hard because they’re old or the beans taste old, but this was all fresh. They also hand make their own chips. Parking was difficult, but as long as the shell doesn’t mind you parking there it’s alright. 10/10 and we will be back.
